In short: this site collects personal data in a single place — the form on the Contact page. It is used only so I can reply to you. It is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with third parties beyond the technology services listed below. You can request deletion at any time at vinicius.f8x@gmail.com.
Who is responsible for the data
F8X, a statistics and risk management consultancy, represented by Hélio Vinícius Moreira Ribeiro. Contact for anything concerning personal data: vinicius.f8x@gmail.com.
What data is collected
Data you type. In the Contact form: name, email, company (optional), the chosen subject (consulting, Kash or other) and your message. The page language and the originating page address are stored alongside, so I know how you arrived.
Browsing data. The site uses Google Analytics 4, which records, in aggregate, pages visited, time on page, traffic source and device type. This data does not identify you personally and is not cross-referenced with the form.
Scheduling. If you book a call through the embedded calendar, that data goes directly to Calendly, under their own privacy policy.
The site does not collect sensitive data (health, biometrics, beliefs), does not ask for identity documents and does not request payment details.
What the data is used for
- Replying to the contact you initiated and continuing that conversation.
- Understanding, in aggregate, what kind of enquiry reaches the site, to improve the content.
There is no newsletter, mailing list or any marketing communication unless you ask for it.
Legal basis (LGPD)
Processing relies on the consent you give by ticking the box on the form (art. 7, I of Brazilian Law 13.709/2018) and on the legitimate interest of replying to a commercial enquiry you started (art. 7, IX). Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Who the data is shared with
I do not sell or trade data. I use technology services that process data on my behalf:
- Google Firebase (Firestore and Hosting) — stores the contacts and hosts the site.
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregate browsing metrics.
- Calendly — only if you use the calendar to book.
These services may store data on servers outside Brazil. International transfer happens under the contractual clauses and compliance programmes of those providers.
How long it is kept
Contacts sent through the form are kept for up to 24 months from our last exchange. After that period without interaction, the record is deleted. If you request deletion earlier, it is carried out and confirmed by email.
How the data is protected
Contacts sit in a database whose access rules allow only the creation of a record through the form. Nobody can read, change or delete the base through the website — not even the person who submitted it. Reading only happens through my own authenticated access, in the provider's console.
Your rights
Under the LGPD (art. 18) you may at any time request: confirmation that I process your data; access to it; correction of incomplete or outdated data; anonymisation, blocking or deletion; portability; information on who it was shared with; and withdrawal of consent.

Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics stores measurement cookies in your browser; you can block them in your browser settings or through Google's official opt-out extension, with no loss of functionality on this site.
